How it works
Questionnaire
You answer questions on your energy, sleep, food, movement, stress and health history. It takes 10 to 15 minutes. If you have recent blood values, send them along.
Energy Journal
Write 1 to 2 lines a day on how your energy, sleep and meals went. So I see how your week runs, day by day.
Protocol discussion
I go through your questionnaire and your journal before our 45-minute call. In the call I show you where you stand in each area, which change gives you the most energy back and how to fit it into your week. You get it all on one page and start the next morning.

Questions
Do I need a blood test?
No. If you have recent values, send them to me before the call and I include them. A blood test at Ahead is part of the Energy Blueprint.
What happens after I pay?
You land on your questionnaire right away. Once your answers are in, I get in touch to set the date for our call.
What if I want to continue?
The Energy Blueprint is three months one to one, built on your blood values and your real week. If you book it within 30 days of your Audit, the CHF 399 is credited in full.
Is the call in English or German?
Both work. Pick the language you prefer.
